摘 要:目的:比较安氏Ⅰ类错拔牙与非拔牙矫治后的上颌舌侧弓形特点。方法:测量安氏Ⅰ类错矫治后的上颌牙模型60副(拔牙与非拔牙矫治各30副)得出其舌侧牙弓宽度、深度的均值及标准差,测量结果进行统计学处理并绘制其舌侧弓形图作分析比较。结果:拔牙组前牙区舌侧牙弓宽度、深度均大于非拔牙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),前磨牙区舌侧牙弓深度拔牙组大于非拔牙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),宽度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组的牙弓形态前牙区较一致,前磨牙、第一磨牙区2组差异较大,从第一磨牙远中舌尖向后弓形又趋于一致。结论:安氏Ⅰ类错拔牙与非拔牙矫治后的上颌舌侧弓形整体形态相似,但拔牙组前部弓形较非拔牙组深。Objective. To compare and analyze the maxillary lingual arch forms of Class I malocclusions after extraction and non-extraction treatment respectively. Methods: 60 ( 30 with extraction, 30 non-extraction ) maxillary dental models of Class I malocclusions after orthodontic treatment were measured in lingual arch widths and depths, The data were analyzed by statistical methods and the charts of lingual arch forms were drawn. Results : The lingual arch widths and depths in anterior segments of the extraction group were significantly larger than those of the non-extraction group ( P 〈 O. 05 ), and the arch depths of premolar segments of extractions were significantly larger than those of the non-ex- traction group( P 〈 O. 001 ), hut no significant difference existed in arch width between two groups in premolar segments ( P 〉 O. 05 ). The lingual arch forms of the two groups were similar in anterior segments, and more different in premolar and first molar segments, hut similar from the distal lingual cusp of the first molars. Conclusion: The lingual arch forms of the two groups are similar in appearances, hut the anterior segments of the extraction group are deeper than that of the non-extraction group.
