浅析贪污犯罪中的共同犯罪行为

摘　　要：理论上,共同贪污犯罪可分为国家工作人员共同贪污犯罪和国家工作人员与非国家工作人员共同贪污犯罪两种情形。实践中,对不同情形的共同贪污犯罪,应根据各共同犯罪人的身份及其在共同犯罪中的地位和作用进行具体分析、定性。Common corruption commits a crime mark, being that govemment staff members commonly commit a crime with government staff members and being not that common corruption of government staff members commit a crime, should determine the nature according to every dignity of joint offense people and their concrete analysis being in progress in position and effect in joint offense.
