摘　　要：随着中国教育的改革和发展,临床医学教育研究越来越受到医学院校和临床教师的重视,本文阐述了开展医学教育研究的重要性,对如何开展和实施医学教育研究进行探讨,最后分析了影响医学教育研究成果产生的一些因素。With the reform and development of China education, clinical medical colleges or clinical teachers are paying more and more attention to clinical medical education research. This paper expounds the importance of carrying out medical research education, approaches how to carry out and practice medical education research. At last, the factors affecting the production of medical education research achievement of medical education are analyzed.
