尖叶胡枝子营养成分研究

摘　　要：研究生长2年和3年的尖叶胡枝子（Lespedegahedysaroides）营养成分及茎叶比。结果表明：尖叶胡枝子粗蛋白质含量11．12％～15．08％、粗脂肪1．69%～2．48G、粗纤维22．83％～33．87％、无氮浸出物37-61％～49.13％、钙1．61％～1．98％、磷0．88％～1．22％、胡萝卜素20．75~94．47mg／kg、茎叶比为1：1．53～1：2．48；同时比较研究尖叶胡枝子营养成分与达乌里胡枝子、截叶铁扫帚和二色胡枝子的差异。The nutrient components and the ratio of stem to leaf were investigated on Lespedaza hedysaroides, during its 2^nd and 3^rd growing season. The results indicat that CP was 11.12%-15.08%, CF 1.69%~2.48%, DF 22.83%-33.87%, NFE 37.61%-49.13%, Ca 1.61%-1.98%, P 0.88%-1. 22%, and carotene 20.75~94.47 mg/kg; ratio of stem to leaf was 1 ： 1.53~1 ： 2.48. The nutrient com ponents of L. hedysaroides were also compared with that of L. dahurica, L. cuneata, and L. bicocor.
