摘　　要：随着中国金融市场的近乎完全开放,中外资银行间的存贷款竞争也会愈加激烈。文中引入竞争的相关理论,运用博弈论的观点分析中外资银行间的存贷款竞争及其趋势分析,认为内资银行将会面临更大的存贷款市场的竞争压力,最后提出相应的策略。As China＇s financial markets almost completely open to the outside, the competition betweenChinese and foreign banks＇ deposits and loans will become even fiercer. This paper introduces the competition theory and analyzes the Chinese and foreign banks＇ competition trends on deposits and loans by holding game theory. It believes that Chinese banks will face greater pressure from the market. Finally, the corresponding strategies are discussed.
