摘　　要：网络计划方法是现代工程建设中经常使用的一种施工组织方法。对影响工序的因素进行分析和量化,建立优先权系数计算公式,并根据优先权系数对工序进行调整,解决网络计划中多资源综合优化问题,有助于在网络计划优化中有效安排施工顺序以及合理配置资源。Network plan method is often used in construction and organization in modem project. By analyzing factors that affecting work procedure, establishing priority coefficient calculate formula and ad justing work procedure based on priority coefficient, and solving multiresources optimization in network planning, it can arrange work procedure efficiently and collocate resource reasonably in practice.
