摘　　要：介绍了一个机动车辆自动识别收费系统，该系统采用计算机图像分析和识别技术以及人工智能、人工神经网络等先进技术对通过车辆进行牌照和车型的识别。现场实用结果表明该系统已基本达到实用化技术指标。In this paper, a system of vehicle recognition and auto charging is introduced. by using the techniques of computer image analysis and recognition, artificial intelligence, artificial neural network, this system can automatically recognize vehicle types and licenses. The application result shows that the system has obtained practical specifications.
