摘　　要：本文通过融合视频监控、PDA、GIS等多种技术,集成先进的网络技术、数据库技术、电子加密及身份验证技术、数据传输技术等的建设工程质量安全动态监管应用平台,实现建设工程质量安全监管的省/地市/区县三级"三横一纵"的高效管理模式,并且建立一个覆盖全省建设工程相关的信息共享平台。Dynamic intendace and shared platform combines many kind of technologies, such as video monitoring, PDA,GIS and so on, integrates the advanced network technology, database technology, electronic encryption and identity authentication technology, data transmission tech- nology , realizes a highly effective management pattern of province/town/county three levels ＂Three Horizontal One Vertical＂ on the quality safe supervising of construction projects, establishes a construction projects information sharing platform covering the entire province.
