摘  要:火电单元机组的机炉协调控制系统是一个具有不确定性的复杂多变量控制系统,其控制品质的改善是提高热工过程自动化水平的关键。首先介绍受控对象的数学模型,然后采用双输入双输出非线性PID控制器(NPID)和自抗扰PID控制器(APID)的设计方法,设计火电单元机组的机炉协调控制,并利用Simulink工具箱中的非线性设计模块(NCD模块)对控制参数进行优化。通过一系列的仿真试验,分析了控制系统的动态性能、抗干扰性能以及鲁棒性,并与线性分散PID控制方案进行比较。结果证明该方法能有效地提高单元机组协控制系统的控制品质。The coordinated control system of fossil fired block units is a complicated multivariable system, beset with uncertainty; the improvement of its control quality is crucial for raising the level of automation of relevant thermal processes. First of all, an introduction to the mathematical model of the control object is being presented, followed by an explanation of how nonlinear PID controllers (NPID) with duo - input and duo - output, together with auto disturbance - resistent PID controllers (APID), are to be used in designing boiler-turbine coordinated control systems of fossil fired block units. The controller' s parameters are moreover optimized by making use of nonlinear control design ( NCD ) modules, taken from the simulink teelbox. The dynamic beharior, the disturbance resisting property and the robustness of the control system are analyzed by a series of simulations and compared with a control version, consisting of dispersed linear PID controllers. Results certify that the control quality of coordinated control systems of block units can be raised by the here presented method.
