原发性甲状腺肿瘤中MMP2和MMP7表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 研究基质金属蛋白酶（MMP）MMP2、MMP7在原发性甲状腺肿瘤中表达及其与病变的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测78例原发性甲状腺肿瘤（腺癌38例，腺瘤40例）标本中MMP2、MMP7表达。结果 MMP2及MMP7蛋白在各甲状腺肿瘤组织中，腺癌表达显著高于腺瘤（P〈0．05），MMP2与MMP7呈正相关性（r=0．77，P〈0．01）；MMP2及MMP7蛋白表达与腺癌转移、预后指数具有相关性（P〈0．05），MMP7在甲状腺乳头癌表达显著高于滤泡性癌（P〈0．05）。结论 MMP2、MMP7的表达与甲状腺肿瘤相关，它们在原发性甲状腺癌病变中高度表达，检测MMP2及MMP7水平对于鉴别原发性甲状腺肿瘤良恶性具有重要参者意义．其表达水平可能是判断甲状腹痛预后的观测指标．Objective To study the relationship between the expression of MMP2, MMP7 and thyroid tumor. Methods The expression of MMP2 and MMP7 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 78 cases with thyroid tumor （38 carcinoma and 40 adenoma）. Resuits The expression of MMP2 and MMP7 in thyroid carcinoma were up - regulated （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was positive relationship between the expression of MMP2 and MMP7 （ r =0.77, P 〈0. 01 ）. The expression of MMP2 and MMP7 has relationship with P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0.01 ） and prognosis index （ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression of MMP7 in PTC is higher than that in FTC （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion MMP2 and MMP7 were high expressed in thyroid cancer. MMP2 and MMP7 may have important reference significance to discriminate benign or malignant thyroid tumor, and MMP2 and MMP7 may serve as prognostic markers in thyroid tumor.
