摘　　要：论文首先介绍了汽车主减速器总成试验台研制的意义,然后举例阐述了它在实际中的具体应用。文中研制的试验台可以实现对六个品种的主减速器总成的综合性能检测,并对其方案、结构、电气控制系统和工作程序进行了阐述。重点介绍了夹具的设计。通过运用此试验台进行的试验,可以检测出主减速器总成的实际性能,为以后产品的完善与改进提供了参考。This article introduces the meaning of automobile main reducer＇ s research firstly, and depicts its application in practice through some examples. There being six kinds of main reducers＇ assembly can be tested on the test rig in this article for getting its whole property. It elaborates the project, construction, electrics control system and operation procedure and emphasizes the clamping fixture＇ s design. By adopting the test rig, we can gain real property and information for further improvement of the tested.
