摘 要:机械-生物法制浆周期仅为45h,比直接生物法制浆缩短47h。制浆过程的酶活力分析结果表明,脱胶菌主要为产果胶酶,并且酶活力在36h达到峰值,由于制浆过程中添加的兼性厌氧枯草芽孢杆菌是经过驯化的优势菌株,具有较好的脱果胶选择性,所以纤维分离点确定在酶活力峰值过后的一段时间是合理的。浆料化学成分分析表明,机械-生物法与直接生物法相比,虽然纤维素脱除率略高,果胶脱除率略低,但木素脱除率较高,戊聚糖也得到了更多的保留。通过实验得出结论,原料在发酵液中的比表面积是影响脱胶菌脱胶效果的重要因素,成浆周期缩短主要是由于机械预处理提高了酶促反应速率。The period by mechanical-biopulping is only 45h, 47h shorter than directly biopulping. The analysis results of pulping enzyme activity show that the bacteria degumming was mainly pectinase and the pectinase activity reached its peak value at 36h because the added facultative anaerobic Bacillus subtilis was domesticated dominant strain with good depectinization selectivity, therefore it is reasonable that the defibrination point was within a period after the enzymic activity peak value. The pulp chemical composition analysis indicates that compared with directly pulping, the mechanical biopulping had a slightly higher removing rate of cellulose and a comparatively lower pectin removing rate, but the deligniflcation was much higher, and the pentosan was retained much more. The conclusion from the experiment is that the specific surface area of raw material in zymotic fluid is the major factor influencing the deguming effect of bacillus and the shortening of pulping period is mainly due to that mechanical pretreatment improves the enzymatic reaction velocity.
