摘　　要：信息革命和供应链的整合迫使供应链管理者们重新思考传统供应链组织结构,在网络经济环境下,供应链战略自然而然地把供应链视为企业延伸业务结构的一部分。本文首先阐述了传统供应链组织结构存在的问题,然后引入协同机制,分析了协同供应链组织的特点,提出了以订单履行为中心的供应链组织模式,并说明建立该组织模式给企业带来的益处。With the coming of supply chain integration and information technology, supply chain managers rethink about the traditional organization architecture of supply chain. The newage supply chain strategy takes the supply chain as part of the extension enterprise by means of collaboration. This article then introduces an order-fulfillment-oriented supply chain organization pattern which can solve the drawbacks of traditional one.
