摘　　要：作为我国新农村建设的战略核心之一,现代农村教育日益受到关注。建设新农村,应大力发展基于网络技术的农村远程教育。为此,要积极探索、适应新农村建设需要的现代农村远程教育的模式及有效机制。In building new countryside, modem rural education is the key strategy and is drawing increasing attention, therefore web-basod distant education for rural areas should be developed. The paper aims at conducting an active study on the mode and mechanism of modem distant education suitable to the new countryside building.
