摘　　要：以N,N-二甲基对甲苯胺、叔丁基氯、二苯甲酮与烷基铝为原料经过一系列反应合成了新的含有N,O配体的烷基铝的配合物。用元素分析、1HNMR、13CNMR及红外光谱对配合物进行了表征。利用该类烷基铝配合物在不同的溶剂、温度下催化己内酯聚合,实验表明对己内酯开环聚合有着较高的催化活性,其中以二氯甲烷为溶剂在回流条件下聚合性能最高。New alkylaluminum complexes supported by β- aminoalcohol ligands were prepared through a series of reactions by N, N-dimetyl-toluidine, t-BuCl, benzophenone and trialkylaluminum in a purified nitrogen atmosphere and were characterized by IR, EA,and NMR（1^H,13^C）.The catalytic reactivity of these complexes towards ROP of ε-CL in the presence of various solvents and at different temperatures had been tested. CH2Cl2 is the most suitable solvent for the ROP of ε-caprolactone.
