摘 要:1日龄AA肉鸡300只,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组,每组100只,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组为试验组,在7周的饲养期内,Ⅰ组的氨浓度为0mg/m3,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的氨浓度分别为19.3mg/m3、38.6mg/m3。结果表明鸡舍中氨浓度为19.3mg/m3对肉鸡体重、屠体重和日增重无显著影响,氨浓度为38.6mg/m3时对肉鸡体重、屠体重和日增重有显著影响。One- day- age of 300 AA broilers were divided into three group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ. Every group have 100 broiler. The I group was control group, Ⅱ , Ⅲ group was treatment group. Experiment for 7weeks. The concentration of NH3 in group Ⅰ was 0ppm and Ⅱ , Ⅲ was 19.3mg/m^3 ,38.6mg/m^3. The results showed that 19.3mg/m^3 NH3 has not significant difference on body weight,dead weight and daily gain of broiler,and 50ppm NH3 has significant difference on this performance.
