纵隔肿瘤压迫气管37例放疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨纵隔肿瘤压迫气管放疗方法,提高疗效。方法对2003年7月至2006年5月放疗的纵隔肿瘤压迫气管37例临床资料进行综合分析。结果37例中,有9例未能完成计划,中止放疗。28例完成放疗计划。结论纵隔肿瘤压迫气管的治疗以放疗为主,使用放射增敏剂、肾上腺皮质激素及脱水剂、气管支架、三维适形放疗等可帮助完成放疗。Objective To study radiotherapy method of mediastinal tumor suppressed tracheas for improving thearpeutic efficacy. Methods 37 cased with mediastinal tumor suppressed tracheas treated by radiotherapy from July 2003 to May 2006 were analyzed. Results 9 of all the 37 cases were ceased without completing program. The other 28 cases completed the radiotherapy program. Conclusion Radiotherapy was the leading treatment for mediastinal tumor suppressed tracheas. Using radiosensitizors,corticoids and dehydrating angents, tracheas support ,3-DCRT were helpful for completing radiotherapy.
