摘　　要：目的:观察咖啡酸锗对小鼠移植性肉瘤S180的作用。方法:以咖啡酸锗高、中、低3个剂量连续给药10d,以生理盐水组为模型对照组,计算各剂量组对S180的抑制率。结果:咖啡酸锗高剂量对S180有较好的抑制率,低、中剂量也有一定的抑制作用,且给药前后小鼠体重明显增加。结论:咖啡酸锗对小鼠S180有抑制作用,且毒性很小。Objective;To observe the inhibitory effect of germanium caffeic acid on the turnou S180 Methods：The germanium caffeic acid was administered constantly for 1 0d with high,middle ,low does.Result：The group administered high does better inhibitory effect and the group with middle and low had a litter inhibitory effect,Moreover the mice＇s body weight increased evidencely during adminstering drug.Conclusion： The germanium caffeic acid has a strongly inhibitory effect and low toxicity.
