摘　　要：知识经济是建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用之上的经济。知识经济是一把“双刃剑”,对于我国农村经济发展而言,既是机遇又是挑战。抢抓知识经济机遇,应对知识经济挑战,加强我国农村经济发展,应当加强农业基础设施建设,加大落实“科技兴农”战略力度,加快农村教育发展进程,提高农村经济的工业化水平,加速农业产业化、信息化进程,加大农村经济制度改革力度,建立有利于促进农村经济知识化发展的制度安排。The knowledge economy is based on the knowledge and the information about their production, assignment and use. The knowledge economy is 'the double-edged sword' with both opportunities and challenges to the development of the rural economy. If we want to grasp the knowledge economy opportunity, cope with the knowledge economy challenge and strengthen the development of our country's rural economy, we must strengthen the construction of the agricultural infrastructure, place much emphasis on the realization the strategy of 'strengthening agriculture through science and technology', speed up the advancement of the rural education development, enhance the rural economy the industrialization level, accelerate agricultural industrial production and the informatization advancement, increase the rural economy system reform dynamics and establish system arrangement that are advantageous in promoting the rural economy knowledge-based development.
