摘 要:目的:探讨经颅多谱勒(TCD)检测在脑梗死诊断中的意义。方法:采用TCD对644例本地区50岁以上中老年人群双侧大脑主要动脉血流速度进行检查并随访2年内脑梗死的发生情况。分析TCD检查结果分组与2年内该人群脑梗死发生情况及与脑梗死相关疾病之间的关系。结果:脑梗死发病率与TCD检测出的脑血流速度异常变化程度呈正相关,且患相关疾病越多的组,脑梗死发病率越高。结论:TCD作为一种检测脑血管血流速度的手段,简捷、实用、无创,可运用于脑梗死筛选和早期诊断。objective: Clinical significance of transcranial doppler ultrasound (TCD) in screening and diagnosing cerebral infarction has been explored. Methods: Blood flow velocity of binary lateral cerebral major arteries of 644 cases has been detected by TCD. At the same time, the occurrence of cerebral infarction and comorhidity were recorded. Results: The occurrence of cerebral infarction and the abnormal changes in velocity of cerebral blood flow showed a close relation. Moreover, the more the comorbidity in patients, the higher rate of cerebral infarction will be. Conclusion: As a simple, practical, and non-invasive method of detecting velocity of cerebrovascular blood flow, TCD can be used for monitoring cerebral infarction.
