生长抑素5型受体在喉癌及癌旁组织中的表达

摘　　要：目的研究生长抑素5型受体(SSTR5)在喉癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况,以及与临床病理因素的关系,指导临床喉癌病人应用生长抑素及其类似物治疗。方法应用免疫组化方法检测46例喉癌组织与30例癌旁组织中SSTR5的表达,分析其与临床病理因素的关系。结果免疫组化结果表明,喉癌中SSTR5蛋白表达率为82.61%(38/46),癌旁组织为90.00%(27/30),表达阳性率差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),表达强度差异明显,喉癌SSTR5表达明显低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。SSTR5阳性表达强度与年龄、肿瘤部位(P>0.05)无关,但不同临床分期(P<0.05)、病理分化程度(P<0.05)的肿瘤组织其SSTR5表达强度有显著性差异。结论SSTR5表达与喉癌恶性程度有关,可能在喉癌发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To determinate whether human laryngiocarcinomas and side tissue of cancer express somatostatin receptor 5 （SSTRS） and whether somatostatin could be used in human laryngiocarcinomas. Methods Immunochemistry was used to examine the expression of SSTR5 in 46 cases of laryngiocarcinomas and 30 cases of adjacent tissues of cancer,theirs correlation with clinical and pathological facts were also analyzed. Results IHC analyses revealed the expression rate of SSTR5 was 82.61% （38/ 46） in carcinoma cells,90.00% （27/30） in side tissue of cancer. There was no significant difference in the expression rate of SSTR5 （P〉 0.05） ,but the expression of SSTR5 in carcinoma cells was significantly lower than that in side tissue of cancer （P〈0.05）. A significant correlation was found between SSTR5 expression and tumor stage （P 〈 0.05） ,tumor differentiation （P〈 0.05） ,there was no statistically significant relationship between the expression of SSTR5 and the age （P 〉 0.05）, and the location （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The expression of SSTR5 was correlated with malignant degree of laryngiocarcinomas and may play an important role in the progression of laryngiocarcinomas.
