摘　　要：目的:探讨炎性乳腺癌的X线征象及其病理基础,以提高对该病的诊断水平。材料与方法:结合临床及病理资料系统分析15例经手术病理证实的炎性乳腺癌的临床表现及X线特点。结果:乳腺皮肤出现红、肿、热、疼、压痛等炎性症状13例;乳腺弥漫性或局限性皮肤硬化、变厚14例;乳头凹陷7例。乳腺X线检查阳性发现率为66·7%,主要X线表现;片内见肿块影5例;乳腺密度增高、结构紊乱9例;伴有钙化4例;皮下脂肪层混浊、呈索条状或细网状致密影11例;腋下淋巴结肿大12例;3例误诊为乳腺炎,1例误诊为浆细胞性乳腺炎,1例为不典型患者误诊为乳腺瘤样增生。结论:认识和掌握炎性乳腺癌的临床及X线特点,对该病的早期诊断意义重大。Purpose： To explore the X - ray characteristic findings of the inflammatory breast cancer to improve the radiologic diagnostic rate. Materials and Methods： The clinical and X- ray findings in 15 patients confirmed by operations and the pathology were presented and analyzed retrospectively. Results： Among the 15 patients with inflammatory breast cancer： 9 cases showed erythroswelling, fever, pain and tendemess of mammary skin. 14 cases showed thickened areolas locally or diffusely. 7 cases showed retracted nipple. X - ray exmns showed tile positive rate is 66.7%. The main characteristics： 5 cases showed mass in the photographs. 13 cases showed the increase in density and disorder of tile construction widely in the breasts. 4 cases showed calcification. 11 cases showed the subcutaneous adipose layer opacity presenting as strip or reticular dense shadow. 12 showed armpit lymphadenovarix. 3 cases were diagnosed by misktake as mastitis. 1 case was diagnosed by mistake as p ＇lasma cell mastitis. 1 atypical case was diagnosed by mistake as mammary tumor- like hyperplasia. Conclusion： It is valuable for early diagnosis of inflammatory breast cancer to recognize the specific clinical and X- ray characteristic findings.
