摘 要:本文研究了134Cs在小鼠睾丸内的滞留过程及其所诱发的精原细胞染色体畸变效应。在47d的观察期内,得出134Cs在睾丸内的滞留分数方程可拟合为R(t)=0.0048exp(-0.138t),式中R(t)为滞留分数,t为注入后时间(d),由此可得出134Cs在睾丸内的半滞留期为5.02d;134Cs可诱发精原细胞染色体畸变,其畸变类型以染色单体型畸变为主;134Cs所致的精原细胞染色体畸变,在注入后第2d畸变率显著增高。In this paper effect of chromosome aberrations in spermatogonia induced by 134 Cs retention in testes was studied.Our results indicated that a fitted equation to describe the retention of 134 Cs in testes was obtained as follows:R(t)=0.0048 exp (-0.138t).Where the T 1/2 in testes is 5.02 d.The results of investigating effect of chromosomal aberrations in spermatogonia induced by 134 Cs show that the chromosome aberration rates elevated with increasing dose and retention in testes of 134 Cs.Among the types of aberrations induced by 134 Cs,chromatid breakage was predo minant.
