摘  要:为提高C/SiC复合材料的机械性能、特别是断裂韧性,对增强体有特殊要求。本文研究了不同纤维增强形式对C/SiC复合材料机械性能的影响。结果表明,含C+SiC过渡层的单向Cr增强SiC基复合材料的断裂韧性达到14.4MPa·m1/2,为未增韧的SiC的四倍,适当的界面结合是使不同的纤维增韧机制在较高的水平下协同作用的关键。四步法三维增强体是整体性的编织结构,经PCS浸清裂解循环8次,Vf=48.0%,x:y:z=4:1:1的四步法三维整体织物增强SiC基复合材料,ρ达到1·71g/cm3,σ\弯达到440MPa,σ剪达到32.3MPa,断裂韧性Kic达到12.68MPa·m1/2。In order to increasing the mechanic property of C/SiC composite materi4ls. espe-cially the fracture toughness have exeeptional requirement for reinforcement. Researcheinto the influence of different fiber enhancement form on the mechanic property of C/SiCcomposite materials. The resultes shown that the fracture toughness of unidirection CFenhancing SiC-base composite materials containing with C/SiC passage beds reach tol4. 4MPa. m1l2 it is four times for not increasing toughness. The suitable interface con-nection is key to cooperating with increasing toughness mechanism of the different fiberin higher standard. Four steps three -dimensions reinforcement are globality wovenstructure, four steps three-dimensions over -all fabric enhancing sic -base compositematerials by impregnation with PCS and cracking cycle reach to eight times, Vt equal to48. 0%, x: y : z equal to 4: 1: 1,ρ reach to 1. 71g/cm3,σ(bending) reach to 44OMPa,σ(Shearing) reach to 32. 3MPa, the fracture toughness kic reach to 12. 68MPa. m1/2.
