摘  要:目的了解博禾牌洁肤康抑菌乳液微生物污染和稳定性试验效果,为抑菌剂制定标准提供科学依据。方法采用卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版),对博禾牌洁肤康抑菌乳液进行了现场试验。结果博禾牌洁肤康抑菌乳液对细菌菌落总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌和真菌菌落总数均未检出。存放前,20%的博禾牌洁肤康抑菌乳液稀释液作用2min,对白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率为100.00%;在37℃,相对湿度>75%恒温箱内保存90天,22%的博禾牌洁肤康抑菌乳液稀释液作用2min,对白色念珠菌的平均抑菌率为95.55%。结论博禾牌洁肤康抑菌乳液有较好抑菌作用,稳定性试验结果保质期两年。Objective To examine the Microbe Pollution and Stability Experiment of BoKang JieFuKang Bac- teriostasis Emulsion, and further to provide basic scientific data for the Bacteriostasis. Methods The experiment was conducted in imitating work areas according to protocols of Ministry of Public Health's “Technical Standard for Disin-fect”. Results those are checked that Aerobic Bacterial Count, Fecal Coliforms, Staphylococcus Aureus, Strepto-cocci, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Aerobic fungus Count by Bohejiefukang Bacteriostasis Emulsion used. Before lain up, 2 minutes to keep the 20% Bohejiefukang Bacteriostasis Emulsion in “function”, the average rate of bacteriostasis is 100% to Candida albicans. It is kept 90 days at thermostat under 37℃ and relative humidity 〉75%, the same den-sity and time as before, the average rate of bacteriostasis is 95.55% to Candida albicans. Conclusion Bohejiefukang Bacteriostasis Emulsion is good function,it is kept two years by the Stability Experiment.
