摘　　要：目的观察臭氧对大空间洁净室的整体杀菌效果,筛选最佳的杀菌程序。方法采用现场实验方法,在洁净室内检测臭氧浓度及观察杀菌效果。结果在臭氧发生器开启40 min后,金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率接近90%。适宜细菌生长的温湿度环境更有利于臭氧对细菌的杀灭。结论对洁净区采用臭氧杀菌的处理方法效果良好。Objective To observe the whole germicidal efficacy of ozone for big clean areas and filter the best germicidal procedure. Methods Field trial were carried out to detect ozone eoneentration and observe germicidal efficacy inside clean areas. Results The operation of the ozone generator for 40 minutes killed almost 90% of staphylococcus aureus. The germicidal efficacy of ozone benefited from the warm and wet environment that the bacterium grew well. Conclusionn The germicidal method of ozone has satisfied efficacy for clean areas.
