摘　　要：电子政务(E-Government)已经成为我国社会信息化过程中的首要工程,其核心是“政务”,而政务对于开放性与保密性的并重对可采用的安全技术和产品提出了近乎苛刻的要求.在这一背景下,物理隔离交换技术被引入我国电子政务网络建设中.本文介绍了这种技术并对目前的应用进行探讨。E-Government has become the primary engineering in the process of the social information in our country. Its centre is ＂governmental affairs＂, however the governmental affairs＇ laying equal stress on openness with secrecy puts almost harsh demands over the safety technologies and the products. Under this background, SGAP technique is led into E-Government developments of the our country. This text introduces this kind of technique and enquire into the current application.
