摘　　要：让路船与直航船的划分是避碰实践的需要,是对避碰义务的分工。《1972年国际海上避碰规则》仅为直航船规定了避碰义务,并没有为其规定任何免于遵守避碰义务的特权,直航船不是"权利船"。让路船和直航船之间是一种和谐的合作关系,不是对抗的敌对关系。The division of give-way vessel and stand-on vessel arises out of the practical need in collision avoidance and is the assignment of collision avoiding obligations between them.The COLREGs provides only avoiding obligations for stand-on vessels rather than any privilege of exemption from compliance with the COLREGs.The stand-on vessel is not privileged vessel.The relationship between give-way and stand-on vessels should be harmonious and co-operative rather than antagonistic and oppositional.
