摘  要:目的:研究转录因子c-Jun(cellular Jun)在食道鳞癌和正常癌旁组织的表达及其与临床病理之间的关系。方法:采用Western blot和免疫组织化学方法检测食道癌组织和癌旁正常组织的冻存标本与组织芯片中的c-Jun表达情况,结合临床病理资料,分析其在食道癌和正常组织表达的差异,并分析其与临床病理之间的关系。结果:Western blot和免疫组织化学检测方法结果一致,c-Jun在食道癌中的表达明显低于正常食道组织(P<0.01),在食道癌中的表达与肿瘤的区域淋巴结转移(P<0.05)密切相关,而与其他因素没有相关性。结论:本研究发现转录因子c-Jun在食道癌中低表达,并且与食道癌淋巴结转移密切相关,为进一步研究其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用提供了基础。Objective : To explore the expression of transcription factor c - Jun ( cellular Jun) in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and adjacent normal tissues, and analyze its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods: The expression of c - Jun expression was assessed using western blot and immuno histo chemistry (IHC) on tissue microarray (TMA) containing 130 human esophageal cancers and their corresponding normal tissues. The relationship between c -Jun expression and the clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Results: Expression level of transcription factor c - Jun decreased in ESCC compared with normal tissues. And the expression of c- Jun had no obvious relationship with patients' age, gender, differentiation status and stage, but had relationship with regional lymph node metastasis ( N1 ). It appears that tumors with regional lymph node metastasis had strong c - Jun expression (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Transcription factor c -Jun expressed lower in ESCC than in normal e- sophageal tissues and its expression had relationship with regional lymph node metastasis in ESCC.
