非小细胞肺癌患者血清sIL-2R的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：为了探讨血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ的表达水平与非小细胞肺癌患者病期和预后的关系，作者采用酶标双抗体夹心法，对３０例非小细胞肺癌患者手术前、术后１０天和术后３０天血清ｓＩＬ２Ｒ表达水平进行了动态研究。结果表明，非小细胞肺癌患者ｓＩＬ２Ｒ表达水平明显高于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），未复发组患者术后的ｓＩＬ２Ｒ表达水平呈现一个暂时性增高到逐渐下降近正常，表明其术后免疫功能从暂时抑制到逐渐恢复的过程。复发组的患者术后ｓＩＬ２Ｒ表达水平持续居高不下，表明其术后免疫功能持续低下。未复发组与复发组比较Ｐ＜０．００１，提示ｓＩＬ２Ｒ表达水平与非小细胞肺癌患者的病期和预后有密切关系。In order to evaluate the relationship between the Serum levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R) and the course and prognosis of non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),the serum levels of sIL 2R were studied dynamically by enzyme labelled antibody method in 30 cases of patients with NSCLC before operation,and 10 and 30 days after operation.The results demonstrated that the serum levels of sIL 2R of the NSCLC patients were remarkably higher than those of controls( P <0.001).The postoperative serum levels of sIL 2R in patients without recurrence increased transiently and then descreased gradually to normal status. It indicated that there was a short period of immune function suppression and recovery in these patients after operation.The postoperative serum levels of sIL 2R in the patients with recurrence were significantly enhanced,and the inhibitory period of immune function was significantly prolonged.It indicated that there was a significant difference between patients without and with recurrence( P <0.001).It is suggested that the serum levels of sIL 2R are closely related with the course and prognosis of patients with NSCLC.
