摘 要:应用免疫组化ABC法,观察20例前列腺增生症和30例前列腺癌组织内细胞外基质成份的分布(ECM)。其中包括层粘连蛋白(LN)、纤维连接蛋白(FN)、Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白。结果显示:LN和Ⅳ型胶原分布在上皮基底膜(BM)内,FN在基底膜和非基底膜内均有分布,Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型胶原仅分布在间质内。良性病变时LN、Ⅳ型胶原和FN(BM)呈连续线状完整分布,Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量少,而FN含量多。癌组织内BM有不同程度的缺失。Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原分布呈明显的异质性和FN含量少。上述资料提示前列腺癌组织中BM明显缺失。Ⅰ、Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型胶原分布呈明显的异质性,这是肿瘤细胞反应的结果,这种改变可能具有限制癌细胞生长的作用。Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to study the distribution of fibronectin(FN),Laminin(LN)and type Ⅰ、Ⅲ & Ⅳ collagens (Ⅰc,Ⅲc,Ⅳc)in cxtracellular matrix (ECM) of 20 prostatic hyperplasia and 30 prostatic cancer. The results showed that LN and Ⅳc were found in vascular and epithelial basement membrans(BMs),and FN was found in BMs and non BMs.Ⅰc and Ⅳc were only detected in stroma.LN,Ⅳc and FN displayed continuous linear patterns in prostatic hyperplasia,while Ⅰc and Ⅲc were sparely and FN was intensively distributed.BMs in carcinomas were deficient in varying degrees,Ⅰc, Ⅲc and Ⅳc exhibited heterogeous staining and the FN distributed sparely.The above data suggest that there is an obvious deficiency of BM in prostatic cancer, and a remarkably heterogeneous change in Ⅰc, Ⅲc and Ⅳc. These changes may be due to tumor cell reactions, and may play an important role in limiting cancer growth.
