摘　　要：目的:消除微生物限度检查法中双黄解毒乳膏的抑菌作用,建立双黄解毒乳膏的微生物限度检查方法。方法:按平皿法和培养基稀释法两种不同的试验方法,采用5种阳性对照菌回收率试验测定其是否含抑菌成分。结果:采用培养基稀释法,各试验菌在样品中的回收率均达到70%以上。结论:采用培养基稀释法能够更好的消除双黄解毒乳膏的抑菌作用,使测定结果准确,达到检测目的。Objective： To establish the method of microbial limit for Shuang-huang-jie-du cream by eliminating the bacteriostatic action of Shuang-huang-jie-du cream in microbial limit examination. Methods： The plating and medium dilution methods were used to determine the bacteriostatic action of Shuang-huang-jie-du cream by analyzing recovery rates with 5 positive control trains. Results： In group of medium, the recoveries of the 5 positive control trains in the analysis were all over 70%. Conclusion： The cuhure medium dilution method can eliminate the bacteriostatic action of Shuang-huang-jie-du cream better, then make accurate result and achieve the test aim.
