摘　　要：本文在代工生产形成的产业条件以及生产成本和规模经济作用的基础上,从产业内生因素角度建立一个跨国公司生产方式演变模型。模型揭示跨国公司生产方式变化具有三个阶段性及代工生产形成的必然性,本文还阐释了三个阶段的发生时间和阶段特征。This thesis sets up an evolutionary graphical model of multinational corporations＇ production methods from an internal industry perspective. The model identifies three evolutionary phases of multinational corporations ＇ production methods and the inevitability of OEM production. It also points out the duration of the three phases and characteristics for each phase.
