摘 要:本文目的是对单端固定桥的运动及其受力状态进行试验性研究。采用电子散斑干涉术这一新的光学技术分别对下颌单端固定桥修复前后进行4种垂直加载测试,观察实时显示的散斑干涉条纹图,并测量相应牙槽骨处的离面位移。据此分析了单端固定桥修复前后,相应牙槽骨的位移变化及其规律,加载条件的改变对该位移变化的影响,从而为临床上设计单端固定桥提供了生物力学的参考。For the first time, Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry was introduced in this study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the force distribution on the surface of the supporting bone of the abutment teeth with a mandibular posterior cantilever fixed partial denture. By means of Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry, four kinds of vertical loadings were exerted on the mandibular teeth before and after a posterior cantilever fixed partial denture treatment respectively. The real-time Electronic Speckle Interference Pattern was recorded photographically and the corresponding out of plane displacement of the supporting bone was measured. The change of this out of plane displacement of the supporting bone and the effect of loadings on it were analyzed. The results showed that a posterior cantilever fixed partial denture contributed to transmiss the stress and after a posterior cantilever fixed partial denture treatment, the out of plane displacement of supporting bone decreased significanlty. This study, provided a biomechanical reference for a cantilever fixed partial denture design.
