摘 要:以石蒜鳞茎为试材,以石蒜碱计的总生物碱含量为指标,比较了以水、乙醇和正己烷为提取溶剂时三种提取工艺的优劣,确定乙醇为最优提取溶剂。在单因素实验的基础上,采用五因素四水平正交试验设计对醇提工艺进行了优化。实验结果表明,采用85%乙醇,固液比1∶12,50℃,提取3次,每次8h,提取效果最佳。The bulb of Lycoris radiata was chosen as extraction material, the content of total alkaloids was used as index and water, ethanol and n-hexane used as solvents. Studied three kinds of solvent showed that ethanol was the optimum one. After single factor experiment, orthogonal designed experiment of five factors, four levels was adopted to optimize the ethanol extraction technology. The orthogonal designed experiment showed that the concentration of ethanol 85 %, solid to liquid ratio 1 : 12, extracting temperature 50℃, extracted three times with 8 hours for each were the optimum condition of extraction.
