摘　　要：市民和谐度主要从市民的“认同感、满意度、幸福感、信心度、参与度”五个维度来衡量。对市民和谐度的指标内容的分析表明，构建市民和谐度评价指标体系，可使和谐社会由一种理念变为一系列操作性强的实践载体。应不断优化市民和谐度评价指标体系，在和谐社会的构建进程中让其切实发挥作用。The harmonious degree of citizens is estimated from the following aspects：feeling of identify, satisfaction degree, happiness feeling, confidence degree and participation degree. By analyzing the content of citizens＇ harmonious index it indicates that constructing the citizens＇ harmonious index could make the concept of harmonious society become a series of operational carriers. Therefore, the index should be optimized and be made play true function in the process of constructing harmonious society.
