血液流变特性24小时变化规律与脑血栓相关性研究

摘  要:选择 50—70岁健康中老年人 82例和脑血栓病人 83例,测定 24小 时血液流变学指标,血压和脉搏动态变化。研究血液流变性昼夜变化规律与脑血栓 病的相关关系.结果表明;健康组血液流变学指标24小时变化规律为,凌晨4:00 至8:00呈高峰期,晚20:00呈低峰期。其“高峰期”与“低峰期”对比,各项指标均 显示有显著性差异(P<0.01及 0.001).而脑血栓病人表现为,在凌晨 4:00的 “高峰期”血液粘度增高幅度加大,微循环滞留时间延长、血栓形成系数升高,在晚 20:00的“低峰期”血液粘下降幅反减小。提示脑血栓病患者除表现血液粘度昼夜 持续在较高状态外,对生物节律反应的敏感度亦比健康人降低。82 Chinese health men aged from 50 to 70 and 83 patients with cerebral em- bolism disease were selected. 24h blood rheology, blood pressure and pulse dynamic changes were measured. The relevance between the circadian changes of blood rheology and cerebral embolism was studied. The results showed that: in the healthy group,the circadian changes of blood rheology reached peak at 4. 00-8: 00 in the morning and low peak at 20: 00 in the evening. The various indexes between the peak and low peak had significant differences (P <0. 01 and 0. 001 ). In the patient group,however,the blood Viscosity Increased rapidly,mi- crocirculation prolonged and the coefficient of embolism raised at 4: 00 in the morning at the' peak period'. The blood viscosity decreased at 20: 00 in the evening at the ' low peak period',which indicates that the blood viscosity in higher and the sensitivity to biorhythm reaction lower in patients than in the healthy group.
