摘　　要：目的：探讨新型弹性开放袢前房型人工晶体植入术治疗无晶体眼的效果。方法：总计观察46例46眼，术后观察4～22个月，平均6个月。结果：视力在0．1～0.3为6眼，0.3～0．5为13眼。0．5～1．0为27眼术后视力较术前明显提高。结论：新型前房型人工晶体适用于多种术式的白内障术后无晶体眼的视力矫正，也是后房型人工晶体植入术的补充或其失败的补效措，安全、有效。objective To determine the effect of new flexible open -loop anteriorchamber intraocular lens (AC IOL) implantation for treatment of aphakic eye.Method:Observing Ac Iol implantation in 46 eyes of 46 cases followed VP for four totwenty-two months mean six months. Results:The visual acuity of six eyes were0. 1-0. 3 and thirteen eyes were 0. 3-0. 5. Twenty-seven eyes were 0. 5- 1. 0. Af-ter the operation the visual acuity is better than before. Conclusion:New type Ac IolimPlantation is used to visual auity corrected aphakic eye after several catract opera-tion. It is complement of the Pc Iol imPlantation and also is compensting measure ofthe defeafed Pc Iol implantation. It is safe and effective for secondary Iol imPlanta-tion.
