国产TiNi合金食管支架临床应用(附108例报告)

摘　　要：该文应用国产(TiNi)合金支架治疗食管良恶性狭窄108例,支架在内镜和X光透视定位下置入,均一次获得成功。为食管恶性狭窄的治疗提供了一种安全有效的方法,对良性狭窄的应用尚待进一步探讨。价格约为进口同类支架的1/10,适合国情,便于临床推广应用。National TiNi memory alloy stent was used to treat 108 patients with benign and malignant esophageal strictures. Of these patients, 55 had esophageal carcinoma, 15 had cardia carcinoma, 30 had anastomic strictures after resection of carcinoma, one had mediastinal lymph node metastasis of lung cancer and 7 had benign strictures. The process of stent implantation takes about 30 minutes, and the stents were implanted successfully in all patients. The dys-phagia grade improved from 3.66 to 1.25 (P<0. 01) after stent insertion, and serious dysphagia was rapidly relieved. All patients experienced slight chest pains within three to five days after stent implantation, but no serious complications, such as perforation of massive bleeding, were observed. The implantation of the national TiNi memory alloy stent can provide a rapid, safe and effective palliation for benign and malignant esophageal obstruction.
