Livin基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨新的凋亡抑制基因(Livin)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白——过氧化酶连接法(SP法),检测Livin基因在57例宫颈癌组织及10例正常宫颈组织中的表达;分析其与宫颈癌的病理分级及临床分期的关系。结果Livin基因在正常宫颈组织中不表达,57例宫颈癌组织中40例表达阳性,占70.1%。Livin基因表达阳性率与宫颈癌的病理分级和临床分期呈正相关。结论Livin基因的异常表达而引起的细胞凋亡抑制,在宫颈癌的发生中起一定作用,其表达与宫颈癌病理分级和临床分期密切相关。[ Objective] To explore the manifestation of Livin in the tissues of cervical carcinoma. [ Methods ] Streptavidin biotinperosdase （ SP ） method was applied to detect the manifestation of Livin in the tissues of cervical carcinoma; analysis was made on its relationship with the pathological grading of cervical carcinoma and clinical periods. [ Results] Livin was not detected in the normal cervical tissues ; 40 out of 57 （ 70.1% ） cases of cervical carcinomas tissues were found with Livin; the positive rate of Livin manifestation had positive relationship with the pathological grading of cervical carcinoma and clinical periods. [ Conclusion ] The abnormal manifestation of Livin plays a certain role in the attack of cervical carcinoma and is closely related with the pathological grading of cervical carcinoma and clinical periods.
