广东省各地区人群腰臀比特点:与全国常模比较及地区间比较

摘　　要：目的:调查广东省各地区人群腰臀比,分析其特点。方法:以2000年广东省参加全国成年人体质监测的20～59岁8个年龄段(每5岁为1个年龄段)的31145名成年男女的原始测量数据为样本,以依靠腰围和臀围派生出来的腰臀围比值作为评价指标,与中国2000年国民体质监测统计数据中相应年龄段的成年人统计数据进行比较;另外按照广东省地域特点将广东省成年人分为东部地区、中部地区、西部地区3个组别,比较不同地域人群腰臀比特点。结果:2000年广东省参加全国成年人体质监测的20～59岁的31145名成年人全部进入结果分析,无脱落。①广东省成年女子20～35岁各年龄段人群腰臀比百分数均低于全国成年女子相应年龄段(P<0.01),35～54岁各年龄段与全国水平相当,55岁后迅速增长超过全国水平(P<0.01)。②广东省成年男子20～40岁各年龄段人群腰臀比百分数均低于全国成年男子相应年龄段(P<0.01),40岁以后腰臀围比值迅速增长,与全国同年龄段成年男子相当。③广东男性45岁前腰臀比百分数无地区差异,中部地区男子从40岁开始腰臀比百分数明显低于东部地区(P<0.01),西部地区男子则从45岁开始低于东部地区(P<0.01),中、西部地区之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。④成年女子腰臀比的地区差异比较明显,20～34岁,45～49岁年龄段各地区间存在两两差异(P<0.05～0.01);35～44岁,东、西部地区人群女子腰臀比百分数高于中部地区(P<0.01);55～59岁,东部地区人群女子腰臀比百分数高于中、西部地区(P<0.05)。结论:①35岁之前广东省成年人腰臀比值均低于全国成年人,广东省成年女子55岁以后腰臀比值迅速增长超过全国水平。②45岁前广东成年男子腰臀比无地区差异,成年女子在任何年龄段均存在腰臀比差异,可能与地域间工作人口流动有关。AIM： To investigate waist-to-hip ratio （WHR） and its characteristics in Guangdong province. METHODS： The samples were the original data of 31 145 adults aged from 20 to 59 years from Guangdong province of 8 age sections （every 5 years as a age section） who had taken part in the Physical Quality Measurement for Adults in China in 2000. The valuation index was based on WHR and compared with those measured in the detection of physical quality of Chinese adults at corresponding age sections in 2000. According to the regional characteristics of Guangdong Province, the adults were assigned into 3 groups, east Guangdong group, middle Guangdong group and west Guangdong group. WHR characteristics from the three groups were compared. RESULTS： 31 145 adults aged 20-59 years who had taken part in the Physical Quality Measurement for Adults in China in 2000 were involved in the result analysis, no drop-out. ① In 20-35 years of age, the WHR average level of Guangdong female adults was significantly lower than that of the whole Chinese （P 〈 0.01 ） and for those aged from 35 to 54 years, all were the same, and for the age above 55 years, WHR average level of Guangdong female adults was significantly higher than that of whole Chinese （P 〈 0.01 ）. ②In age 20 to 40 years, the average level of Guangdong male adults was significantly lower than that of the whole Chinese （P 〈 0.01 ） and for those aged beyond 40 years, all were the same. ③The WHR average level of Guangdong male adults was equal before 45 years, and then for the age above 40 years, the WHR average level of middle Guangdong male adults was significantly lower than that in the east Guangdong male adults （P 〈 0.01 ）. For the age above 45 years, the WHR average level of west Guangdong male adults was significantly lower than that in the east Guangdong male adults （P 〈 0.01 ）.
