远程教育学生学习支持服务情况的调查与思考

摘　　要：在开放教育学习过程中,了解学生的特点和实际需求,是做好学生学习支持服务的前提和出发点。对此,我们在广东电大校本部对学生学习支持服务的情况进行了问卷调查。本次调查,对我校在学生学习支持服务工作方面的特点、优势、存在问题和有待改进的方面有了较全面、系统、清晰的认识,对进一步完善我校的学生学习支持服务体系建设,具有重要的意义。Since it is well accepted that understanding distance learners＇ learning needs and trends makes a good beginning of providing learning support service, the author makes a questionnaire survey among distance learners of Guangdong Radio ＆ TV University, which carries valuable information on the advantages and problems of the learning support service of that university. The author, therefore, puts forward his ideas on improving the construction of the learning support service system in distance education.
