摘  要:随着社会对人才要求标准的提高,大学生综合素质评价工作在给用人单位选拔人才、引导学生提高自身素质、培养创新人才等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。以往测评方法一般是根据设定的各项评价指标,通过数学模式加以综合换算,但是许多数学模式都未能十分完善地反映学生综合素质的优劣。灰色关联分析可以较好地处理这个问题,特别适合于大规模、多因素、多指标的系统评价,较为科学并接近客观实际。因此本文试图结合学生管理评价实际工作,运用灰色关联分析方法对大学生综合素质进行评价。With the rising of Intellect' standard, appraising the comprehensive quality of college students is playing a more and more important part in choosing talents, guiding students to improve themselves , training innovational person ,and so on. As usual, we compute the result through a lot of mathematics pattern based on index system, hut most of them fails to reflect on the superior or inferior rank of comprehensive quality of college students. However, the grey correlation analysis can deal with this problem properly, especially for these system evaluation which is largescale, and has many factors, many index, and is close to the fact. Therefore, this paper uses gray correlation analysis to carry out the evaluation for the college students' comprehensive quality from the view of student administrative experience.
