摘　　要：随着对脉络膜新生血管(CNV)发生机制研究的深入,探索CNV相关疾病的最佳治疗手段已成为眼科学领域研究的热点之一。研究显示,近年来针对CNV相关疾病开展的联合疗法的效果较单一疗法更优越,但对联合治疗可能存在的问题尚未引起足够的重视。进行广泛而深入的临床研究是客观评价联合疗法价值的主要途径。As research on the mechanism of CNV probes deeper, exploration conceming the optimization of treatment method for CNV-related diseases has become a hot topic in the domain of ophthalmology. The combination therapies for CNV-related diseases have shown superior effects in recent years according to the research. Nevertheless, enough concem did not be paid to possible weakness in combination therapies. High level clinical studies is very important to evaluate combination therapies objectively.
