一株海洋放线菌发酵液抗肿瘤活性初探

摘　　要：用四氮唑蓝(MTT)法对96株海洋放线菌、细菌、真菌的发酵液进行细胞毒活性的筛选,结果显示13%的放线菌和3%的细菌发酵液具有细胞毒活性.其中放线菌ACMA006具有显著细胞毒活性,而且能抑制多种肿瘤细胞的生长.进一步用DNAladder电泳分析和荧光染色法观察到放线菌ACMA006发酵液能明显诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡.这株具有抗肿瘤潜力的放线菌ACMA006值得进一步开发研究.Antitumor activities of culture broths from 31 strains of marine aetinomyeetes ,63 strains of marine bacterium and 2 strains of marine Fungi were screened with MTT assay. The results showed that about 13% actinomycetes and 3% bacterium had cell toxicity, especially marine actinomycete ACMA006. Further analysis showed that the actinomycete ACMA006 depressed different tumor cell and had the ability to induce apoptosis of tumor ceils by fluorescence dyeing and DNA ladder assays. Thus, it is worth developing the antitumor drug from actinomycete ACMA006.
