放射性湿性皮炎局部高流量喷氧的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高流量局部喷氧对肿瘤患者放疗后期可能出现局部放射性湿性皮炎的疗效。方法对有局部放射性湿性皮炎的患者随机分3组，传统组：用素高捷疗软膏治疗；试验组：用局部高流量喷氧的方法治疗；综合组：用局部高流量喷氧联合外用素高捷疗软膏的方法治疗。结果综合组的临床治疗效果优于传统组、试验组（P〈0．05）。结论局部高流量喷氧联合外用素高捷疗软膏治疗局部放射性湿性皮炎取得了较满意的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of local high volume oxygen spray on radiadermatitis of tumor patients after chemotherapy. Methods The patients with local radiadermatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups, which were respectively applied with （1） Solcoseryl jelly Ointment alone, （2） local high volume oxygen spray, and （3） solcoseryl jelly Ointment＋high volume oxygen spray. Results The clinical outcome of group 3 was better than the other groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Local high volume oxygen spray combined with solcoseryl jelly Ointment treatment could achieve satisfying clinical outcome.
