舒思与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症疗效及依从性比较

摘　　要：目的探讨评价舒思与氟哌啶醇治疗精神分裂症的疗效及依从性。方法128例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，分别给予舒思和氟哌啶醇治疗、均治疗18个月，于疗前，治疗后2个月、18个月采用阳性症状阴状量表（PANSS）、药物副反应量表（TESS）评价其疗效、副反应及依从性。结果2个月后，舒思组有效率91．9％，氟哌啶醇组有效率89．8％，两组治疗前后比较有非常显著性的差异（P〈0．01），但两组间比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；18个月后舒思有效率91．9％，氟哌啶醇组有效率69．4％。舒思组有非常显著性的疗效（P〈0．01），氟哌啶醇组有显著性疗效（P〈0．05），两组间比较具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。舒思组的不良反应发生率远低于氟哌啶醇组。结论舒思与氟哌啶醇对精神分裂症患者均有较好的疗效，精神分裂症患者对舒思的依从性高主要是其疗效好和副反应轻。Objective To assess the compliance and efficacy of quetiapine or haloperidol in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 128 schizophrenic patiehnts were randomly allocated to two groups treated with quetiapine or haloperidol for 18 months. Before treatment and at the ends of 2,18 months of treatment, to assess the efficacy using the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale （PANSS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）,to assess the compliance and the adverseefffects . Results After 2 months, the efficacy rate of quetiapine was 91.9% ,the efficacy rate of haloperidol was 89.8%,significant improvement was observed respectively in the two groups（P 〈0.01）.But no difference in efficacy was observed between two groups（P〉0.05）.After 18 months ,the efficacy rate of quetiapine was 91.9% ,the efficacy rate of haloperidol was 69.4%,very significant efficacy was observed in the quetiapine-treated group（P〈0.01）,while just significant efficacy was observed in haloperidol-treated group （P〈0.05）,and diference was observed between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse-effects was much lower in quetiapinetreated group than haloperidol-treated group. Conclusion Compliance of quetiapine was better because of its good efficiency and less adeverse-effects.
