摘　　要：香港理工大学于2005—2006学年推行"校企协作教育单元"(Work-Integrated Education-WIE),是世界上第一所强制性要求所有受资助课程的本科生必须于毕业前完成最少两星期至最多一年全日制工作实习的大学。本文将阐述国内外大学所取得的成功经验,结合香港理工大学"校企协作教育单元"推行的理念、运作模式等实际情况,对合作教育模式进行进一步的探索,在实践中提出了新的思考。The Hong Kong Polytechnic University （PolyU） is the first university in the world to make Work-Integrated Education （WIE） compulsory. The new WIE requirement applies to all students admitted in the academic year 2005/ 06 and thereafter. All full-time University Grants Committee-funded degree students must attain a minimum of 2- week training, or equivalent, within their period of study. This article introduces the experiences observed from overseas and mainland universities. It also highligbts and explains the rationale, objective and implementation of WIE in PolyU so as to bring more discussion and inspiration on the Cooperate Education.
