摘  要:目的:对钒酸氧化法、改良J—G法、胆红素氧化酶法进行方法学比较,选择胆红素测定的最好方法。方法:用钒酸氧化法、改良J—G法和胆红素氧化酶法测定血清中的总胆红素,按NCCLC评价方案系统评价其重复性、回收率、线形范围及溶血、脂血对胆红素测定的干扰影响,然后对测定结果进行比较。结果:钒酸氧化法与改良J—G法、胆红素氧化酶法有良好的相关性;其回收率均在95.0%~105.0%;其线形范围分别是:0~678μmol/L,0~634μmol/L,0~575μmolAL。三酰甘油≤8.0mmol/L、血红蛋白≤6、0mmol/L对钒酸氧化法无明显干扰。结论:钒酸氧化法测定胆红素准确、灵敏、稳定,线形范围宽,是测定胆红素的理想方法。Objective It is to select the best method to determine bilirubin through technology comparison between vanadie acid oxidation method, improved J - G method and Bilirubin Oxidase method. Methods Serum total bilirubin was determined by vanadic acid oxidation method, improved J - G method and Bilirubin Oxidase method. Reproducibility, recovery rate, filate range, interference of haematolysis and lipaemia were evaluated by NCCLC system, and then the results were compared. Results There were favourable dependability between vanadic acid oxidation method, improved J - G method and Bilirubin Oxidase method. Recovery rate were all between 95.0% ~105.0% ; filate range was 0~ 678 μmol/L, 0~ 634 μmol/L, 0~575μmol/L respectively. There were not obviously interference to vanadic acid oxidation method when TG≤8.0 mmol/L, HB≤6.0 mmol/L. Conclusion Vanadie acid oxidation method is accurate, sensitive, stable and has wide filate range. So it is ideal method to determine bilirubin.
