摘  要:目的制作以猫为对象的DAI致伤模型,以探讨DAI损伤机制。方法选取12只成年家猫,通过自行设计制作的旋转角加速装置于瞬间旋转90°致伤,实时记录运动参数,于急性期3~72h内行磁共振DWI及DTI检查,并做病理对照观察。结果本实验动物致伤的角加速度达到(6.43±0.15)×105rad·s-2,全程用时间(17.2±3.5)ms。DWI及DTI检查显示急性期DAI细胞毒性和血管源性脑水肿改变,以及轴索损伤形态学特点。病理学检查证实弥漫性轴索损伤及脑水肿改变。结论本装置可用于猫DAI模型的制作,角加速度运动是引起DAI的重要原因之一。Objective To establish the device of diffuse axonal injury in cat,and to analyse its kinetics during the vulnerate program. Methods A rotating device for the head of cat was designed and made,which could move the cat head through 900 instantly. Mechanical parameters were recorded and calculated . Twelve cats were involved in this study. Results The rotating time was ap- proximately (17. 2 ± 3. 5 )ms and the angular acceleration were(6. 43±0. 15 )× 10^5rad· s^-1, which were far beyond the force threshold of DAI proposed by Margulies. DWI and DTI showed the changes of edema and the changes of axonal clearly. Pathological observation showed the changes of edema and DAI. Conclusion This injury device can produce cat DAI model,and rotating accleration of head is one cause of DAI.
